Roser installs for the organization El Tunal (Venezuela) one of the most modern deboning halls of Latin America

Roser, from Adfood Group, has developed a “turnkey” solution project in one of the most automated deboning halls of pork and beef of Latin American for Carnes El Pazo, which is part of the Organization El Tunal, an important agroindustrial Venezuelan complex that comprises agricultural enterprises and different brands of manufacturers of consumer products.

The challenge was to reach a deboning capacity of 1.225 pigs/day and 250 cattle/day with the minimal staff occupation to achieve an ambitious objective of key profitability for this installation, located at La Miel (Lara State, Venezuela) and is part of a complex of more than 10.000 m2.

The company RMT of ADFOOD Group, which deals with the technological advice on facilities, process and production lines developed with the organization El Tunal the project conceptualization, from the beginning to the end, to achieve the objectives of production and efficiency required by the customer.

For that, a primary, straight and dynamic cutting system was installed, which allows the maximum optimization of the deboning process and largely exceeds the productivity ratios and profitability associated to the traditional cutting technology used in Latin America.

The installation is completed with a modern line of vacuum packaging with the option of controlled atmosphere and with an accurate quality and labelling control system, which prepares the product for its distribution.

Adfood group was created in 2010 to enhance the synergies of the brands that compose: Roser (hygiene and maintenance equipment), Ogalsa (injectors), Cato (machinery for sausage production) and RMT, responsible of this project.
