Basic Lines for cutting and deboning with automatic Clean In Place CIP systems.
Roser Basic Lines for pig or cattle, consist of a main conveyor equipped with modular belt, a top conveyor for bones, working tables with polyethylene top and a Lazy Susan rotating table to collect final product.
Length and width of main conveyor and number and size of tables are determined by the type of product to be deboned and required production capacity.
The main point of Roser Basic Lines is the exclussive CIP clean in place system including an automatic lifting system for the belt which allows a perfect cleaning and disinfecting underneath the belt and a nozzles cleaning device for cleaning both sides of the belt.
